About Heartleaf Plants
Heartleaf Plants is a small plant shop and studio in Seattle, Washington. We hand-pick tropical houseplants — from rare collector plants to forgiving desk plants — pot every one in our premium soil blend, and deliver them free across King and Snohomish counties.
What we do
We sell houseplants online. Our shop has 61 plants available right now, from $6.90 desk plants to collector specimens like Monstera 'Thai Constellation', Monstera 'White Monster', Monstera 'Albo Variegata' and Philodendron Florida Ghost.
We deliver them locally, for free. Orders to King and Snohomish County addresses are delivered with no minimum and no fee — hand-delivered when we can, by local courier otherwise. Everywhere else in the 48 contiguous states, we ship with weather-aware packing. See delivery areas.
We design and care for plants in real spaces. For offices, restaurants, retail and homes around Seattle and the Puget Sound, we handle design, installation, monthly care visits and seasonal rotation.
How we prepare every plant
- Sourced from a small group of growers we trust.
- Reviewed for health and pests, and treated as needed.
- Re-potted with fresh substrate — our premium soil blend — before it leaves the studio.
- Boxed by hand, with a care card tucked alongside.
If a plant doesn’t thrive in its first month, our 30-day living guarantee has you covered. And if you have a question before or after you buy, email us — every message gets a personal reply within one business day.

About the name
“Heartleaf” is also the common name of the heartleaf philodendron (Philodendron hederaceum), the classic trailing houseplant with heart-shaped leaves. Heartleaf Plants is a Seattle plant business — and yes, we carry the plant too, in its glowing ‘Lemon Lime’ form.
