Ordering & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Orders are paid through Stripe’s secure checkout, which accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Promo codes, when we offer them, are entered at checkout.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us right away — if you reach out within an hour or two of ordering, we can almost always help. Once an order has shipped (typically 1–2 business days after purchase), it can’t be changed or cancelled, but our returns and guarantee policy still applies.
Living plants vary
Every plant is a living thing, so yours may differ slightly in size, shape or color from the photos. We hand-pick each one for health before it ships. Pot sizes describe the nursery pot, not the plant’s height.
Delivery & shipping
Delivery is free within King and Snohomish counties, Washington. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states at the rates shown at checkout, and we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or internationally. We may hold a shipment briefly when the weather at your address is unsafe for live plants. Please double-check your address: we can’t redirect packages once shipped. Full shipping policy →
Returns & 30-day living guarantee
If a plant arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. If a plant declines within 30 days, we’ll make it right as described in our policy. Healthy live plants can’t be returned for a change of mind; unused planters and other non-plant items can be returned within 14 days. Full returns & guarantee policy →
Pets & plant safety
Plants tagged pet-safe are non-toxic to cats and dogs per the ASPCA. Many popular plants — including Alocasia, Philodendron, Monstera, pothos and snake plants — can cause irritation if eaten, so keep them out of reach of pets and children.
